Chaired professors and lecturers

Cándido has been a chaired professor of commercial law at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid since 1992. From 1986 to 1988 he held that same position at the Universidad de Cantabria.

Since 2001, Fernando has been a chaired professor of civil law (Catedrático de Derecho Civil) at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra School of Law in Barcelona.

He has lectured at New York University School of Law, the University of Chicago Law School, the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, the University of Wales, Hamburg Universität, the George Mason University School of Law and the Radzyner School of Law (IDC-Herzliya) in Israel.

He is a chaired professor of labour and social security law at Carlos III University in Madrid and participates as a speaker at seminars and conferences related to his areas of expertise.

Rafael has lectured on commercial law at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid since 1985, except from 1991 to 1996, when he lectured on international law at Columbia University in New York.

He has also lectured at the Fundación Universitaria San Pablo - CEU and on master's degree programmes at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).

Ignacio lectures on the Master’s Degrees to Access the Legal Profession and on Real Estate at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.

Between 1990 and 1995 Jesús was a lecturer at the State Treasury School (Escuela de la Hacienda Pública).

Between 1988 and 2000, Salvador lectured on corporate and commercial law at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid. Between 2000 and 2008, he lectured on the master’s degree offered by the Madrid Bar Association, and since 2007 he has lectured on capital markets law on the LL.M. offered by the Instituto de Empresa.

Juan Francisco lectures on corporate contracting on the Master's Degree in Business Law at the Universidad Nebrissensis and on corporate law at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid. He is also a lecturer on the Master's Degree in Business Law at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid.

Christian has been a lecturer on the Master’s Degree to Access the Legal Profession at the Universidad de Navarra since 2012.

He has been a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Company Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid since 2006.

He lectured at the Universidad de Deusto in Bilbao in 2000 and 2001.

He lectured on commercial law at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid in 1998.

Since 1987, Eduardo has lectured on several master’s degrees on corporate law at ESADE, Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Universidad de Barcelona and, Universidad Internacional de Cataluña.

Eduardo currently lectures on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions in ESADE Law School’s Master’s Degree in Legal Practice and its Master’s Degree in International Business Law. He also lectures on corporate law and global business law in Universitat Pompeu Fabra’s Master’s Degree to Access the Legal Profession.

Ramiro was an assistant commercial law lecturer at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid between 1990 and 1997 and from 2001 to 2005.

Carlos currently teaches in IESE Business School and has been a law lecturer at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), Centro de Estudios Universitarios (CEU) and the Instituto de Empresa. He lectured on M&A on the Master’s Degree in Business Law at the Universidad de Navarra for more than ten years, and was also a member of the Advisory Council of its Faculty of Law. He is also a regular speaker and commentator at law seminars and conferences on his field of expertise.

Rafael teaches a practicum course on the law degree programme at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, ICADE, and is also a commercial law lecturer on the programme for European lawyers at the Centro de Estudios Universitarios (CEU) in Madrid.

Edurne has taught European law at various universities and professional institutions in Spain and abroad.

Luis has lectured on international taxation on the master’s degree programme at the Universidad Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, and on the master’s degree programme on tax advice and management at ESADE, part of the Universidad Ramón Llull, Barcelona.

Gabriel Núñez is a lecturer at several Master degrees including Instituto de Empresa (IE), Instituto de Estudios Bursatiles (IEB) and Instituto de Estudios Cajasol.

Pablo lectures on the Master’s Degree to Access the Legal Profession and the Digital Law Master’s Degree at the Universidad de Navarra (UNAV).

Elizabeth teaches commercial law in the Universidad Católica de Valencia and on several post-graduate programmes organised by the Universitat de Valencia, the EDEM Foundation and the Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles, among others.

Luis has been assistant lecturer at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and at the Universidad San Pablo CEU in Madrid. He has also lectured on postgraduate courses at those universities and at the Fundación Carolina.

Since September 2002 Daniel has lectured on civil law at the Universidad Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona.

He has lectured at the Spanish Institute of Fiscal Studies and ESADE in Barcelona.

Montiano has been a tenured lecturer on commercial law at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona) since 1993.

Francisco is a lecturer on commercial law at the Universidad Católica de Valencia San Vicente Mártir. He also regularly lectures on several other postgraduate programmes at the same university, as well as at the Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros.

Sebastián Sáenz de Santa María currently is a lecturer in ICADE master´s degree, and teaches in IE Law School, Centro de Estudios Garrigues and IEB. He is also a regular speaker at law seminars and conferences in his field of expertise.

Between 1998 and 2001, Carlos lectured on tax auditing as part of the Master’s Degree in Corporate Tax Advice offered by the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. Mario was an assistant labour law lecturer at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid for several years. He currently lectures at the Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid and on the Master’s Degree to Access the Legal Profession at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).

He is a law lecturer at the Abad Oliba CEU University from 2012.

Juan Antonio is an environmental law lecturer at the Universidad Pompeu Fabra.

He has been a lecturer at the Universities of Valladolid, Rey Juan Carlos and Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). He currently teaches administrative law at the Law School of the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid.

Eva lectures on legal practice at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. She is also a speaker on master’s degree programmes at the Universidad San Pablo and at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles in Madrid.

He is a lecturer  on the master’s programme on business law at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas-ICADE from 2005 to 2008 in matters relating to business crime.

Since 1997, Alexandre has taught at the law faculty of the University of Coimbra, giving lectures and tutorials on labour law and corporate law.

He has lectured on graduate courses in such diverse areas as European company law, labour law, health law and sports law.

Juan lectures at a number of universities and business schools (UPF, ESADE, EADA).

Javier has lectured on company law and the management of law firms at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. He has been a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in International Business Law since (2002-2016) and the Executive Master’s Degree in International Business Law (2009-2016), both organised by the Universidad San Pablo C.E.U., Instituto de Estudios Europeos) since 2009. He has also been a lecturer on the Master’s Degree to Access the Legal Profession organised by the Universidad San Pablo C.E.U. He was also a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Company Law at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas between 2006 and 2009. Javier regularly participates as a speaker in seminars and conferences related to his area of expertise.

Since 2001, Sergio is a lecturer of commercial law at the Universidad Cardenal Herrera-CEU. In 2000 he also lectured on commercial law at the Universidad de Valencia (Estudi General) and he was a teacher at the Facultad de Estudios de la Empresa until 2004.

He is a regular speaker in seminars and conferences pertaining to his field of expertise.

Jaime has been a lecturer on criminal law at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid since 1999.

Borja is a lecturer on the Master of Business Law and the Master of Digital Law at the Universidad de Navarra (UNAV). He is a lecturer on the Master of New Technologies at the Universidad Complutense and on the Master of Intellectual Property at the Universidad Autónoma and Universidad Carlos III in Madrid. Also, he is a lecturer on the Master of Economic Criminal Law at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid. Likewise, he has been a lecturer on the Master's degree in intellectual property at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid and a degree in Law (Commercial Law) at Centro Universitario Villanueva.

Since 2011 David has lectured on civil law at the Universidad de Deusto. He also lectures on commercial law and introduction to law courses at the Universidad de Deusto and Deusto Business School, respectively.

In recent years, Sergio has lectured on labour law for various master’s programmes and other courses. He is also a regular speaker and commentator at law seminars and conferences related to his field of expertise.

Patricia was responsible, as academic director, for the design and development of the Master’s Degree in International Legal Practice at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) for over a decade, where she also lectures on competition law and is also co-director of the Master’s Degree of the Competition and the Financial Sector at University Carlos III (Madrid).

Patricia has also been a regular lecturer on EU Law on master’s and postgraduate degree courses organised by the Universidad Autónoma and Complutense of Madrid, Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), CEU University, and Instituto de Empresa and Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles.

She also participates as a speaker on competition law matters in conferences and seminars.

Gloria has been a lecturer on tax law at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas – ICADE since 2009, and has also lectured on several post-graduate programmes at the Centro de Estudios Universitarios and the Instituto de Empresa.

She frequently speaks at courses, seminars and conferences on tax law.

Since 2009 he has lectured on the Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Management offered by APCE - Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona.

Eduardo is a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Business Law at ESADE Law School in Barcelona, and on the Master’s Degree on the Legal Profession offered by the Universitat Pompeu Fabra Law School in Barcelona.

Pedro lectures on financial markets on the Law Degree at CUNEF in Madrid.

Since 2006 Ana has lectured on various courses offered by the Barcelona Bar Association: Master’s Degree in Legal Practice, courses on employment and social security law and its Legal Practice School.

Since 2007 Ana has lectured on the Master’s Degree in Human Resources and the Master’s Degree on Executive Management offered by EADA (Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración).

From 2004 to 2009 Ana taught on the Universidad de Barcelona’s practicum on e-commerce law.

Since 2015 Ana has lectured on various courses at ESADE Business & Law School (Ramon Llull University).

Carlos lectures on international taxation in the Master’s Degree on Tax Management at ESADE (since 2013). He also lectures on international business law and taxation on the Executive MBA at ESADE (since 2011).

José Alberto is currently an associate professor of Administrative Law at the University of Barcelona, on the Master’s Degree to Access the Legal Profession and Public Procurement Advanced.

José Alberto regularly participates as a speaker at seminars, conferences and training courses related with his practice areas organized by different institutions (Escola d’Administració Pública de Catalunya, ICAB, etc).

David Sequeira Dinis is part of the team that coordinates the restructuring and insolvency course offered by the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Lisbon and Porto), and is a lecturer in both the Universidade Católica and the Law Faculty of the Universidade de Coimbra.

Since 2015, she teaches the administrative judicial course in the Master Degree of the Universidad de Navarra. She usually participates in seminars for clients related to public sector contracts and other Administrative issues.

Daniel is currently involved in graduate and post-graduate teaching at the Law School of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (European Union law). He also participates in several postgraduate programs in various universities and institutions, such as IE University , the Université de Lyon and the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía.

Expert in international taxation and teaches at the ESADE and CEF business schools.

Roberto lectures on administrative law and administrative litigation in the master’s degree in advocacy and the LLM offered by the IE Business School.
